When you think your man is buying bread.

Location: Four leave Bread shop in Bugis
Time : A couple of months ago
Victim: MOI
Offender: ENGLISH SPEAKING DECENT 40+ LOOKING MAN(SUSPECT GOT LIMP DICK)

After selecting from the scrumptious selection at Four Leaves, I did what all customers would do, I queued up to pay.

I reached the counter, put MY tray on the counter, but somehow the lady was NOT packing my bread but packing for MR LIMP DICK. (LIMP WAS QUEUEING BEHIND ME)

I was confused and told the lady at the counter politely that I was 1st in line.

OH MY GOD, I was shocked at what happened next,

Victim: What's happening? I think I am first.

Blur Lady: HUH? who 1st?

( HELLO? YOU BLIND YA? I AM IN FRONT OF HIM AND NEARER TO THE COUNTER) in my heart but still struggling with a smile

Limp: Never mind lah, who ever 1st also can

( MR LIMP DICK BOUGHT 7-10 Buns, and I got only 1 loaf of bread)

Limp: It's okie one, no problem. NEVER MIND NEVER MIND DOESN"T MATTER.

( AND IN ONE SWIFT MOVEMENT, HE WENT IN FRONT OF ME AND PAID THE COUNTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I WAS RAGING MAD, I ONLY BUY ONE LOAF AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR HIM EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN FRONT!

SO I SAID OUT LOUD:

" HOW CAN SINGAPORE STRIVE BE A MORE GRACIOUS COUNTRY WHEN MEN IN OUR COUNTRY ARE SO UNGENTLEMANLY!!!"

I mean, I dun think I am wrong when I say this, The Singapore government is working extremely hard to promote this Red dot, and they are doing a fabulous job!

We want global acknowledgement, casino, Olympic, F1 etc etc.

It is extremely infuriating to see the government move 2 steps forward and the citizens move 2 steps back.

If this is the case, what kind of experience does tourist really have when they are in Singapore?

Yen Fuu: I had similar experiences and it always seem to be people from a older generation like the aunties rushing for seats on MRT. I try to "siam" them while waiting for trains. But the 1 to 2 metre dash to the seats make good exercise for them. Mutiply that by a few MRT trips in a week and they should have a good workout.

Tourists will have an uniquely Singapore experience - first world country with 3rd world attitude.
